Godrej Reserve Kandivali Construction Update: ~50% Complete, Possession Targeted for June 2030
Godrej Reserve, Godrej Properties' 18.6-acre residential development on Akurli Road in Kandivali East, Mumbai, had reached approximately 50% construction completion as of July 2026. The developer is targeting possession in June 2030, while the completion date registered with MahaRERA is December 2030.
The towers rise approximately 51 floors over a ground-plus-eight-level podium. Commencement certificates are in place, and the occupancy certificate will be applied for closer to possession.
From land deal to launch to half-built
Godrej Properties acquired the freehold land parcel outright in December 2022, with a developable potential of about 3.72 million sq.ft. and an estimated revenue potential of roughly ₹7,000 crore. The project launched in March 2024 and sold about ₹2,690 crore of inventory at launch — the developer's best-ever Mumbai launch by value and volume, announced in April 2024.
